With external Hawkeye - Installed and connected it lets you search through your Code and Content with ease, giving you a clearer overview of your entire project. It has been tested with projects containing over 250,000 files with no noticeable performance impact.
It also allows to connect the executable programs you have setup inside external Hawkeye and import that into Unreal, allowing opening inside your choice of programs. Double click to open inside Unreal directly or run your command on the file selected.
Without Hawkeye - Add a dynamic list of executable programs that is accessible with a simple right click -> commands. The setup is fully dynamic and customizable to fit your needs. Visual Studio, Perforce, Sublime Text, Notepad, the command line. You can then feed the File selected from the browser into the executable with our presets for each program. Happy setup.
