Having trouble with animating in Sequencer, assets keep snapping in place on the last frame.

I’ve been working on an animation for work that has several objects moving from point to point, which should be simple enough but I run into a bit of a snag with moving one of my assets throughout the scene it snaps into place just before reaching the keyframe node. Going into more detail it moves nicely along the Y axis but is flat moving along the Z axis until in reaches the node and then snaps into place, this also happens on the rotation as well.

I have no idea as to why this is happening, as it was working fine up until this point.

Does anyone know how I might be able to resolve this issue?

Have you tried changing the key interpolation setting?
