Having trouble when line tracing for skeletal mesh while simulating physics, looking for help

Hi all! My skeletal mesh seems to have some weird collision when simulating physics, my line traces set to visibility (channel that is set to block on the skeletal mesh settings) go straight through it once it starts the simulation. BUT sometimes, I detect a collision when aiming at a point of space where the skeletal mesh doesn’t seem to be. I looked and tried a lot of things in the physical asset settings, the collision settings on the mesh, and the way I do the line trace, but without success. I hope someone can help me!
