Having trouble understanding the tutorial and now stuck. New to all of this and want to learn, trying to do so on my own has proven a bit difficult especially without prior knowledge.

I am in 5/16 Materials, in the tutorial, and seems I’m stuck. I cannot find the blue material and I don’t know how to change texture or anything at the moment. If you know what I should do, it’d be helpful if you could help me understand and where to find what I need in this particular situation.
