Having trouble attaching an AI Controller to my NPC Blueprint

Hi everyone! I decided to add AI to my game, but I ran into an issue right at the start. I created an AI Controller, but I can’t seem to attach it to my NPC’s Blueprint—it just won’t connect. Hey @oklekela!

The only thing I can see from that video that is out of the ordinary is the “Actions Comp” component on the NPCAI. Maybe try removing that and see what happens.

Honestly this looks like a glitch created from a plugin or a glitch solvable by a restart. Try restarting the Engine and give it a go! Sometimes it really is a “Turn it off and turn it back on” problem. :slight_smile:

Thanks for answer! The Actions comp won’t delete, and a simple restart doesn’t help. I’ll try clearing the cache and restarting—will update later.
UPD: no… nothing help

Okay then. Have you tried making a fresh AI controller and seeing if you can attach that one?

Yes, I’ve tried, and not just once it didn’t work

Okey, now i understand that the problem in project or world settings, because im try to do same things in same project but without any changes and it work

It is probably just a corrupted file.
