I am not sure if this is the right forum to post in for this issue. I canceled my crew pass on xbox before i got rid of it and since i am playing on pc now i am trying to start crew pass on here. It is telling me I am still subscribed to it but it wants me to login to the console that I started it on to get crew pass active. I tried to mange it though the game launcher and sends me to xboxs website.
I try to cancel on xboxs website when i click manage and nothing happends. Is there any way to get it cancled or anything to fix this issue. I have tried everything I can think of and Ive sent multiple tickets to try and get it resolved and have not heard a response yet. Anything will help to try and figure this out.
Also I looked at the cancellation help page and the instructions seem to turn-off auto renew rather than outright stopping and cancelling crew (Which is normal since you pay for a month of perks, no reason to have it end prematurely)
I’m not sure how crew works but maybe even if you cancelled the auto-renew for crew on your xbox could it be that it’s still “Active” in it until the expire date arrives, where it might let you subscribe again from other. Can you confirm that the Crew is not still active (Best way to check is to see if you own passes that you never outright paid vbucks to obtain)
