Having issues with a material being effected properly by the light shafts from dir light?

Having issues with a material being effected properly by the light shafts from dir light? What could stop it from receiving correct lighting, object looks cut out and not integrated.

The material is a downloaded one from the epic store

Here you can see the scene looks very cut out around the pond and character as the pond is not receiving the correct bloom/light shaft info from the directional light


This is the material instance with all the parameters closed

and here is the first two open. I have no idea which parameters i would need to change? I have tried experimenting but none seem to work


Lastly here is the master material, Not sure if maybe i should change something here?

If i change the material to any other material for this pond object it all integrates fine, so its definitely this material, please help
