Having issues exporting camera animation from Unreal to Maya

Unless this feature does not exist?

Someone has animated a camera in Unreal and I am going to finish off the work. But I cannot seem to take the information back out of unreal and into a 3d editing package like maya or max.

You can import from maya into unreal, but it seems that you can only export the actual object from unreal and its missing the animation data.

does anyone here know anything regarding this???

Very annoying.

Otherwise I’ll have to literally start from scratch. whereas I thought fbx was good to transistion across all the packages.
