Having difficulty creating collision boxes for skeletal mesh

I’m not sure if this is the correct way to do this – I have a skeletal mesh that needs collision boxes that follow the bone movement. I tried using Phat to manually create the boxes. However, it’s refusing to let me scale the boxes down below a certain size, so the boxes are way larger than desired. Do I really need to use Phat or is there another way to bind collision boxes to a skeleton? Is there a way to get Phat to allow resizing the boxes below whatever limit it seems to impose? (This asset doesn’t need physics. It just needs collisions.)
