Having Black line in panoramic rendered frames and Ocean doesn't show up in reflections?

Have two problems. It would be so nice if you could help me!

I’m using UE5.0.3 and using panoramic render. Not all but in some frames, I have this black line. How can I get rid of that?

Also, I can’t see the ocean in the reflections. any help?
