Having and issue with twinmotion, i can no longer open any file, as soon as i open the file it crashes.

I make the datasmith file from archicad, open twinmotion make then link and crash.

Based on the crashes reported by your account, it appears that a system performance monitoring program, such as MSI Afterburner or Riva Tuner, have caused the crashes you are experiencing. Disabling these programs during Twinmotion's operation should resolve this issue.

If the issue persists, please submit a bug report here and share a copy of your crash logs (Where to find Twinmotion .log file) as well as the Twinmotion files that won't open and your datasmith file.

Thank you for the information, but I do find this strange as the twinmotion has been working fine with no issues. The MSI/Riva have never been run nor do I run them while I had the direct link. I opened the task manager and did find the riva running, still perplexed on how or why. I did stop it and it has started to work again. Will have to make sure I remember to end that process each time before.
