Having an Issue with Armor Mesh/Texture not appearing in game

So in the Dev Kit mod loads up and looks fine all textures & mesh appear. Once cooked the armor in game is solid white. I have double checked every armor file to make sure I missed no meshes but I cannot figure out what I am missing.

Any Ideas off the top of anyone`s head. Thanks in advance.

Solved.

Tested a Different Texture and everything Loaded correctly.
