Everytime I save and shutdown a CR project and then reopen it, I have to do everything again - realign images, re-model, re-texture etc. It’s like it’s not saving anything except the images that I’ve loaded into the project.
How do I load the point cloud, model, etc that I’ve generated in previous sessions? I shouldn’t have to regenerate each time i use the app, so hopefully I’m missing something.
Hi Milton Rosenberg
try to switch from the 2Ds view to 1Ds view where you can see a project structure…

See attached. I already generated the PC earlier. I saved and shut down the app and when i restart I can’t see it anymore. This happens with all my datasets.
I was able to generate the point cloud and showed up perfectly in the viewer. Then I generated the 3D mesh. Afterthat, I saved the project and shut down RealityCapture. When I reopened and reloaded the project, only the images came up. It said the PC and 3d model needed to be generated again.
Hi Milton Rosenberg
Is it possible that you changed the 2Ds view to 1Ds view as in the attached screenshot, please ? After doing that you will see all your reconstructed models etc.
please change it as in this screenshot

I guess I had to click the correct component number and load that. It works now, thank you.
I had the same issue.
I think the application should restore a loaded project to how it was when I saved it without having to click anything again.
That would be user-friendly.
