When UE4 was announced I signed up for the monthly payment, even though I was in the middle of developing a UDK game. I just submitted the UDK game to the App Store (http://www.noodlesnow.com), so now I am about ready to actually start using UE4 for a new project.
My question is: in the nine months or so since UE4 has been available, have independent developers been able to successfully place iOS in the App Store with the standard features (iCloud, analytics, micro transactions, etc.) that you’d need to actually hope to make some money? If so, are there example that I can check out?
UDK worked reasonably well (if you ignore the 64-bit February 1st issue), but it looks like all support is drying up for it, so I will have to look to UE4 or elsewhere.
