Hasn't worked since 2022

Support is a joke. I’ve waiting 3 years for a fix for a VERY common problem. Still not fixed so taking my company and it’s revenue elsewhere.
NB. You could have received several hundred thousand by now, but without a working product???
Plus, I’ve noticed the companies that you already bleed dry are the only ones that you give a toss about… Shame - Our software is creating a monstrous amount of money at the moment… We are unable to use your software so you’ve missed out.

Which bug exactly.

The D3D bug - Which is blamed on Nvidia and Dx12…

It’s obvious to me that the engine itself is busted. I have flattened my PC to exclusively ONLY run UE - Nope, just another PC I can’t use.

Version 4.x.x, 5.x.x - Even historical V3 don’t work and have the same issue. Windows 10 Home or Pro, Windows 11 Home or Pro, AMD CPU, Intel CPU - None of this matters, the error persists - So it’s not my machine, it’s your software. I’ve tried several different machines, mostly current spec. I have jumped through every hoop that’s been put in my way - Still broken.

Also, the projects and engine actually launch and work for around 30 seconds - Only to get the same bug as before, and also the same “so called” resolution… Updating graphics drivers DOES NOT WORK in this instance. I’ve tried every driver version available…

This issue has been plaguing me for over 2 years now. I’ve given up waiting for any sort of update that will fix the issue.

Moving over to another engine - at least that works. I don’t mind having problems, but when I’ve waited for 2 years for support but only have the forums to read through, I’ve given up.

Epic clearly don’t want to deal with anyone who isn’t already generating revenue for them.

I don’t want to justify Epic (I also have a couple of questions/claims about them :grimacing:), but it seems that this problem is really not in their competence…

Have you tried enabling DX11/Vulkan in the project settings? Or AMD video cards?
