Has the Starter Content checkbox been moved?

I’ve started a Udemy course and it’s asking me to check the Starter Content checkbox but it’s not there? Has it been moved due to an update or something?

Unfortunately it seems that whole option is missing on the dop down list!

The add button @ClockworkOcean mentioned is in the Content Browser
