Has anyone had problems with sharing on the Twinmotion Cloud. For my problem it keeps saying that i have been disconnected and have not opened the file .

When opening a Twinmotion Cloud presentation or Panorama Set it is important to keep the window active while loading as it may timeout depending on the browser and setup. Is the issue happening with all of your scenes or just one?

We have had the same issues very often. Is the problem on our side (the model/model export) or on the TwinMotion cloud side?
