Has anyone figured out the Quest 3 -> LiveLink retargeting?

I’m looking at this page here. Has anyone figured out how to use Quest 3 as a LiveLink source, and then retarget that to a Skeletal Mesh? The docs are pretty bare bones, I can’t figure it out.
