Hands Not retargeting properly

EDIT : It’s sorted, i just used UE mannequin skeleton.

So I was trying to retarget the animations from a pack to my character. The hands have a slight offset; as in the images attached, they don’t hold the weapon. I am using UE4, retargeted there, Tried coping the animations in blender, and retargeted in UE5 but it’s the same issue throughout. The target character is about 1.5 times the mannequin and the pose is the same as unreal’s but a very tiny offset.
