Handling cloth Simulation with "Movable" Objects and Skeleton meshes

I need to simulate a cloth simulation on a character who is animated(A piece of fabric that floats on air and falls onto the character and takes the form respectedly). My cloth does the simulation fine with any static meshes, but as soon as animated, or marked <> or <>, it falls through them.
I would thank you to help me on this. I thought that theorically, if a cloth asset is on a character, it is what I need, but the cloth this time not sorrounding the mesh; but I can’t figure out how to achieve my goal here.
