Hair Physics in PhAT?

Can someone point me to the option that I’m looking for that will allow me to have this pony_tail bone move realistically?

I’ve spent all night having fun with the PhAT system in UE4 but I haven’t figured out how to get the physics to work on hair to blend with animations.

This is where I’m at right now -

This is a still image of the character walking normally. The pony_tail bone that I added from the ART tool is stuck limping in the air instead of falling across the characters back. I’ve tried all kinds of physics settings, along with adding a physics material to it. But the bones just move around on them selves and stay in mid air. Any ideas?
