Hair made in Blender (Alembic) imported into Unreal looks completely different

Following this tutorial (given below)

I made hair for metahuman in Blender.

I export as an alembic format using this setting.

I import hair using groom import options and I got this result in unreal engine:

This looks completely different than what I had made. Please help me resolve the same.

Hi, I met similar issue recently. You might see the warning when you import almebic hair into UE5, what says the max number of points in each curve is 255. You have to change the number of points in hair curves.
One solution is when export Alembic file, you can switch to export viewport setting. Meanwhile, you have to change strands steps <= 8 (e.g. 6) in the strands setting.
