So I am fairly new to UE5, currently going through a tutorial series and have reached a point of importing and animating characters. (Have been able to do this successfully with Mixamos) I purchased a model from Turbosquid to try import a better model/rig, and I am finding that the hair is offset/not attached to the head, and is sitting at the top of the skeletal hierarchy unnamed as a bunch of bones. I know buying models online will come with varied results but I have been unable to find any videos or posts that help explain how to work with this kind of rig setup. I am trying to get it setup so I can export a T-Pose an apply more Mixamo animations to it. Any guidance would be very much appreciated.
