Hair groom driven by dynamics joints

Hi,
Since Alembic Groom Physics uses Niagara solver , is it possible to create a custom niagara strand solver and drive groom guides with dynamic joints?

Simply i want to transfer ponytail joints movement to groom. I know using cards is a way but i have a very close up cameras that cards doesnt work and i want to do it inside Unreal.

You convert xgen into polygon in maya then rig with joints in maya then export to unreal and use physics asset simulation for ponytail hair bones.
