Gothic Mansion (MODULAR) offers high quality assets allowing you to create an environment for games and cinematics. The pack includes demonstration scene that you can use or build your own easily.
The pack includes over 150 meshes with material instances which allows you to adjust parameters easily directly in engine (color texture, roughness, normal, detail normal).
The project is a complete sceane of mansion with detailed rooms (badroom, children room, hall, dining room, throne hall, bathroom and office)
All materials of building are tileable.
