Ground Control Points extreme deviation from actual position

Dear all,

In my model I have an extreme deviation in terms of my Ground control point and there actual position after I merged the two components. Before there was nearly no deviation at all. But after the merge I get these weird numbers. The position from GPS is of course turned off. I hope someone can make sense out of this. Screenshots added.

Hi Jan, have you just merge the components? Is it the same when you use new alignment?
