Could anyone please offer us some assistance with a project we are working on?
2,500 images & ground control points from TS, DJI Zenmuse X3
Added GCP’s & orientated to OSGB prior to alignment, aligned images. Sparse point cloud is generated at a 45 degree angle and ‘floats’ in the model space.
We’re quite new to using CR but we’ve used it successfully previously, this is a much lager scale project than we have previously created.
Any help much appreciated

from you description I figure that you did re-align after creating the Ground Control Points?
Have you tried deleting all components (after saving first) and then align?
Sometimes that helps…

I’m not 100% on this, but I think the forum rules say no ads - and your new alias contains your company name. Just a thought…
Anyway, GPS can sometimes cause trouble too, so you might want to consider switching that of in RC settings or entirely remove it from exif.
