Hello friends, I’ve been experiencing performance issues with Groom for a while. When I researched about it, I couldn’t find a really efficient solution. While my character was getting 120+ FPS on the screen, copying and pasting it was causing a drop in FPS, which I didn’t want. Since I didn’t want to change the appearance too much, I struggled with it until I found out that turning off the “Voxelize” option in the “Strands” section of Groom gave me an extra 20-30 FPS. Maybe it’s an easy setting, but if you’re having performance issues with Groom, I recommend turning off this option and checking how many FPS you get.
