I am trying to use my groom hair I made for this character and I am getting this strange problem that I could not find anywhere else on the internet. I am using UE5.4. The hair by itself is okay but when I put it on my character, it does this weird rendering problem like it’s rendering in planes and parts of it disappear based on distance and camera angle just like planes of a camera do. It shouldn’t have anything to do with LODs or lights or anything like that, I’ve tried testing it and nothing changed. I feel like the character mesh is somehow getting some sort of rendering priority over the hair and that’s why it’s doing it. I’m sure it’s a simple fix of some setting I don’t know about or some command I need to type. I’ve trouble shot this problem all kinds of ways and I cannot figure it out. So, if one of you fine souls can offer me a solution or potential solution to this problem I would appreciate that so much!
