Groom collision

I have two groom assets: one downloaded from the Unreal Marketplace, and another created by my art team. The Marketplace groom interacts precisely with physics capsule colliders on the model without clipping through. However, my art team’s groom consistently clips through the colliders regardless of adjustments . What specific settings in the 3D software (DCC tool) are required to achieve accurate capsule collision after importing into Unreal Engine?
