Hi,
so I have tried everything and I am so stuck and really need help! I have basically created a scene, have it how I want it and I have loaded in my green screen footage. Converted it to MP4 as when I was loading in the original MOV file I kept getting an error saying something about unable to load and check log files or something but the MOV file worked on a different project so was confused why it kept having that error. Anyway the MP4 file loaded so that was okay BUT the main issue I am having is the actual green screen video will not play when I play my sequence.
I have the cine camera set up and keyframes etc moving how I want it but every single time I play it, the green screen footage just doesn’t load and if it does it loads like 1 frame and that’s it.
Now what is strange is if I play the video in just the mediaplayer it works and It will play and I can move the camera around but as soon as I press play on the level sequence it stops and won’t load.
I can’t find any proper info anywhere about this so I really need help!
