This is the Andong Hahoe mask, a traditional Korean mask.
It is the mask that appeared in the Korean version of Netflix's "Money Heist."
The Andong Hahoe mask (하회탈) originates from Hahoe Village in Andong, North Gyeongsang Province, and has over 500 years of history. These masks are significant cultural treasures in Korea and were used in traditional mask dance performances called Hahoe Byeolsingut Tallori, which has been designated as an Important Intangible Cultural Heritage of Korea and recognized by UNESCO.
While the original Spanish version of "Money Heist" featured Salvador Dalí-inspired masks, the Korean adaptation ("Money Heist: Korea - Joint Economic Area") replaced these with traditional Hahoe masks, incorporating Korean cultural identity into the global narrative.
