gray artefacts on megascans 3d objects

Hi guys.
Please help with the problem, on objects that are loaded from the Bridge, gray artifacts appear when light hits the object. That is, empirically found out that when the object completely goes into the shadows, the artifacts disappear. I think it’s a directional light, because when I turn it off, the artifacts disappear (as well as the shadows).

Are there any ideas how to cure this? Thank you in advance for your attention!
