Graphing Application used in Tutorials?

Greetings!

This is my first post on here and my question may or may not be related to Unreal Engine 4. I bought/downloaded the engine and have watched many many tutorials… My question is…What is the graphing application that they use in the tutorials to write on to discuss certain topics? I would LOVE to know what they are using…

I could be wrong, but I’m relatively sure that’s just photoshop. He’s got a blue layer with a grid pattern, since the grid doesn’t show over the top of his writing.
