Hi There,

Looking at getting a new laptop for the main purpose of interior walkthrough creation and animations through the Matinee editor.

Would a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M with 4GB work sufficiently without any lag to created animations?

The following spec includes 512SDD, Core i7 processor and 16GB of Ram.

Appreciate any advice before I part with my hard earned cash!

GTX 950M isn’t super great (mobile GPU’s aren’t that powerful) but it will depend on how far you take things.

Thanks for the reply, Can only really choose a laptop as I dont have the space for a Workstation. Would an Alienware Laptop be any better?

Anything with a higher graphics card than the GTX 950M will be better, Dell has some options but also take a look at MSI or Asus, or even HP which has some gaming laptops.
