None whatsoever but looking at it from a purely technical angle - at what the chipset can do:
You’ll lock yourself to 8 lanes of PCI Express 2.0 which is very limiting even for something like a GeForce 2080 PCIe 3.0 x16. It will simply not get the data fast enough to spread its wings.
This workstations is designed for a very different kind of number crunching and is seriously outdated by today’s standards. I have no doubt it still has enough CPU grunt to keep things moving but UE relies quite a bit on the GPU side of things as well.
