I am trying to enable path tracer. In order to do that, I need to choose DirectX 12 in preferences.
I have Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 and it has Directx 12 as long as I know. Bu I can not see ''Graphic Hardware Support'' section in preferences in Twinmotion. Also, my drivers are updated. Thank you for your interest.
Thank you for posting in the community and it seems like your Video card does not have DXR capabilities thus it will not work with the Path Tracer. Thank you for posting your question in the community and was wondering if you could let me know your Video card specs and how much dedicated memory it has. So I can provide a more specific response based on your setup.
1- Please check to make sure you have the latest drivers for your GPU.
2- Also, please make sure it you are using Window 10 version or newer: 20H2, 21H1 or 21H2.
This can be checked in the About menu of your OS settings.
3- GPU has 6GB or more of dedicated memory and is DXR compatible.
