Graph panel tab not showing in material editor tab

GRAPH PANEL EDITOR with connectors is not showing in the material editor tab for any material .it also doesn’t show any graph option in the window tab. YOU CAN REFER THE IMAGES ATTACHED

Material instances do not have graphs. Edit the master material instead.
