GPU Utilization Differences When Running UE5 Build Files on Windows 10 vs Windows 11

While testing a UE5 build file, I observed a striking difference in GPU utilization in Task Manager between Windows 10 and Windows 11:

  • On Windows 10, GPU usage was below 1%.
