Hello !

I have this error while playing games. My game crashes after a few minutes of running smoothly and kernel32 and ntdll errors are reported.

I’ve tried a ton of methods that are available on the internet, from reinstalling all the drivers to installing a new operating system, but I just don’t understand what can help me anymore.
This problem now appears in all games on the unreal engine, although a couple of days ago everything was fine and I did not make any changes.

Hello there!

The errors you are getting, NMRiH2_Win64_Shipping, and NFL1_Win64_Shipping, suggest that the engine is losing contact with your GPU, due process on it freezing, or timing out.

Since you have already tested by clearing/updating drivers, even OST reinstall, and the issue affecting multiple games, what may be needed here is for the GPU to have some breathing room during operations. Setting up a TDR delay should do the trick for that. You can find the steps to setup the delay in the following UE doc.

If the issue persists even with the delay set, I would also suggest checking your system for any active overlays (nVidia, Xbox, Discord), and disable them all. Overlays are a bit of a recent source of conflict with UE, creating strange scenarios.
