Yes, I can update the drivers and I did, but no I cannot access the settings. I do not have any overlays or other programs using memory. Other DX apps work, but I have to run them at the lowest graphical setting. I’m not sure about UE 4.27. I have a download speed of 1mb (my internet’s fault, not my computer) and I really don’t want to have to suffer through downloading UE again.
