GPU Crash/Burnout

When I enter UE5, my GPU usage spikes heavily, even if I don’t move around/move assets. Is there a way to make the GPU render things slower/at it’s own pace to prevent the GPU from crashing easier? I am running an RTX 3080 and shouldn’t be having this many issues. Also, are there things I should avoid doing with assets (i.e. overlapping walls, supersizing assets, using too many megascans/high quality assets)?

See if switching to the studio version of nvidia’s drivers makes it more stable. You can also turn off the “Realtime” preview in the content browser to make it less gpu intensive.
If your gpu is generating too much frames per second then you can also try enforcing vsync or limiting the frame rate to be capped to a maximum
