I’m looking to build a new PC for offline rendering AND realtime and I have a bit of trouble choosing the right GPU from these 3 options in the title.
Could you please share some opinions over this?

Any nVidia GPU is fine. Don’t go AMD. That’s it. The only difference between 3080 and 3080Ti is price and performance. So it’s up to you if you are willing to pay a little bit more money for a little bit more performance.
