got a wired problem can someone explain it please.....lagging one

guys my specs : Intel i9-10900K
AMD RX 6600…16gb of ram…unreal engine installed on 1TB of crucial p3 plus…
the problem is…the ui getting slowed or lagged…like when i try to open setting or edit panel or soemthing like that… it have fps drops that time IDK how… i searched and tried everthing like switching to DX11 …lowering the graphics settings…config files… can someone help…but i have laptop which have RTX 2050 and AMD 5600H,8gb of ram which runs unreal engine 5 and everthing perfectly…but my pc doesn’t …i tried evrey versions of unreal in my pc but it doesn’t work smoothly …PLEASE help…Im trying to learn UE% but this problem happening

It often due to a third party app like overlay monitoring/overclocking gpu.

Try to run unreal on your intel integrated gpu and set the project as scalable to narrow down the possible issues.
Otherwise i dont’ what else can be tested.

Try to disable Use Less Cpu In Backgroun as well, this can cause lag especially with dual monitor or using with obs recording.
