Google play services and Ads are not working please help

When I’ve been testing game(usb debugging) Ads(test ID units) they worked and showed in game on phone. Then I’ve started testing game by uploading it as closed alpha release and downloading it from play.google.com game works but ads and leaderboards(and other play services) are not working. I’ve followed all ue4 guides for google play distribution and using admob and google play services. In project settings: shipping, full rebuild, for distribution, android package name is same as in google play dev console,generate bundle AAB, support arm64(google play dev console asked), extra permission: com.android.vending.BILLING, I have keystore with alias and pass, google play support enabled, games app ID filled(got from google play dev console), AdMob support, AdMob units filled(test ones), google play license key filled, everything in google play developer console is checked.

hello, I´m having the same issue . Did you solve it?. I´ve been trying to do a lot of test but there is no luck to make google play services work. When I enable google play the app crashes. And I have everything set up. Link my game to google game services and also set up the SHA1 fingerprint in google console developers

Any update on this , I am having the same issue.
