Hey there everyone, the linked assets are no longer supported or may have been updated by the creator. Due to this, they weren’t migrated over to Fab at this time.
They probably have it archived elsewhere. Although, it doesn’t really explains why the rest of the Paragon characters went missing, like the mage who manipulates space or that one knight.
Well, the general opinion is that Fab is an failure for an lot of reasons. It’s just that Epic is slowly fixing stuff and probably ignoring some of the more important things as they do it
With the Unreal Marketplace changed to Fab, there are a number of Paragon characters that are free not to download. I think it’s a bug, but do you know about this in Epic Games?
If you know, I wonder when I can download it normally.
If I get stuck while learning a shooter game tutorial because those links are dead…
I will probably be desperate for a real one…gun or avada kedavra…
Fab technically is an extremely serious technical problem!
Well, outside of learning how to model in Blender or sculpting models in Unreal, you’re going to hit an bottleneck sooner or later. Although in regards to lost media, I doubt if there will ever be an shortage of guides on how to model an gun within those
programs
Those tutorials will teach using a unique model of the asset, skeleton, or even the name of the skeleton!! Not to mention those special particle effects assets!
It is simply impossible to learn a tutorial by rebuilding a model with animation and bones on my own!
I have a full-time job (that isn’t related to 3D/CG, instead, I’m usually tasked with writing junk codes)
, so I can not spend large chunks of time each day learning about the differences between various versions of Unreal Engine and the many other fvcking issues…
I can only hope to complete a “ Barrier-free” tutorial as soon as possible.
Epic looks down on indie developers. It’s not that I don’t want to pay, but Epic doesn’t offer a standard “paid consulting” way for indie developers. They do not give a fvck about my low fee.
So I can only focus on the online “third-party” tutorial…
