Good examples of blurred materials and lens flares?

Hi there I am looking to create a game that makes a lot of use of blurring and lens flares for its visuals. I have done some experiments with the post process Blur filter in Unreal on my own but would like to see what other examples/tutorials are out there. The visual style I am looking to get towards are best shown in the photos below:
