Go from physical animation to ragdoll?

This is how I enter physical animation:

So I’m trying to go from physics animation to ragdoll, but my character just ends up stiff and twitching.
I guess I somehow have to turn off physical animations before going into ragdoll, but I can’t figure out how.
Any ideas?

Edit: Setting all the settings to 0 seems to have fixed it
