Glycon VR Mocap enhanced export for Unreal Engine 4

Hi,

Glycon is a motion capture platform for games and CG animations that uses your VR rig (and additional trackers if you have them) to perform motion capture.

We thought the retargeting process for UE4 could use a little love, so we Enhanced it!

(Okay we just simplified it a bit)
