Glowing planes clipping into slopped terrain/objects producing unwanted edges

Hi everyone,

I’m pretty new to Unreal and would like to know ways to tackle this issue.

I have multiple transclussent planes with a glowing material attached to them to form a sort of ring of light.
I’m very happy with the effect.

But when I place it upon a sloped object, the planes clip into it and produce these messy looking edges.

I’m not sure how I could “fix” this issue, is the design of the effect at fault, should the level be stripped of all the slopped elements ? Is there a way to make it clip without those edges ? A way to render it on top even if it’s clipping ?

I’m at a loss, if someone has an idea I would greatly appreciate it.
